Personalization sizing is as follows:
- Small Circles and Hearts: 3-4 characters
- Medium Circles and Hearts: 5-6 characters
- Large Circles and Hearts: 7-8 characters
- Small Bones: 10-12 characters
- Medium Bones: 12-15 characters, 2 lines
- Large Bones: 15-20 characters, 2 lines
- X-Large Circles: 9-12 characters, 3 lines

Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns
We strive to pack orders securely and to ship them as quickly as possible. Please allow at least 2-3 business days for shipping/tracking information.
Shipping is via UPS and takes between 2-4 days depending on your proximity to New York City.
Once your package(s) are in the hands of UPS, we unfortunately do not have any additional information beyond what is given through tracking. We also cannot control the length of time or lost or damaged packages.
We do not ship out of the USA.
Returns
Due to the nature of items being food, returns are not accepted.
Should you receive damaged product and the shipping box looks fine (rare, but has happened), please send order number, description of damage and a photo to info@peanutbutterandblueberries.com and we will do what we can to get replacements out ASAP or a refund.

How many treats come in a pack?
Each pack has:
small: 10 treats
medium: 7 treats
large: 6 treats
x-large: 4 treats (only available for circle shaped treats)
Are these gluten free?
Only the Bananarama treats are gluten free.
How do I know if the ingredients are good for my dog?
You can check out our key ingredients page to check out what is in our treats. But rest assured that PB&B's ingredients are all natural with no perservatives or artificial flavoring.
